2017 Best School Blood Drive Coordinator Awarded to
Bartlett high school teacher Susan Hoch


Susan Hoch,  Bartlett HS. Under her leadership, over 1,600 units of blood have been collected with the potential to save nearly 5,000 lives. In her position as a health occupations teacher, she believes it is important for students to  understand the importance of blood donation and inspire them to each play a proactive role in the organization of the drives. Susan was also honored with a House Resolution from State Rep Christine Winger(R-Wood Dale) and a Senate Congratulatory Certificate from Sen. Tom Cullerton 
(D-Villa Park).
